“Brass at the Beach” brings DCI to Brooks Stadium on July 5th.

Announced today by DCI, a second Drum Corps International event will occur in South Carolina this year at Coastal Carolina’s Brooks Stadium. Titled Brass at the Beach, the event will occur on July 5th, sandwiched one day apart from the 4th of July and CrownBeat at River Bluff HS on July 6th.

The initial announced lineup for Brass At The Beach is:

World Class: Boston Crusaders, Carolina Crown, Crossmen, Spirit of Atlanta, Music City

Open Class: Heat Wave

All-Age: IMPACT

The event is a welcome addition to the DCI calendar that will allow even more people to experience a live Drum Corps event, and its yet another impressive addition to Coastal Carolina’s history of hosting major marching events.
