After an amazing weekend of 1A-4A Upper and Lower State Championships, 64 of the Palmetto State’s finest bands will travel to the Midlands to compete for the title of State Champions.

Elsewhere, select bands will be competing in out-of-state competitions, especially those competing in class 5A, which will hold their prelims-finals format State Championships next week. Notably, The Bands of America Alabama Regional (Jacksonville, AL) will draw two South Carolina bands. In addition, we will see other SC bands competing in neighboring states at the Knight Tournament (Hendersonville, NC), the Pride of Robinson Invitational (Concord, NC), the Raider Roundup (Newton Grove, NC), and the East Georgia Marching Band Championships (Statesboro, GA).
