Mr. Dobbs is a native of North Augusta, SC, and has over 10 years of teaching experience.

Zachary Dobbs has joined Fox Creek HS as their new Director of Bands. Hailing from North Augusta, Mr. Dobbs has over 10 years of teaching experience, including work at Strom Thurmond HS and his most recent role as the band director of Jackson STEM Magnet Middle School. He received his Bachelors in Music at the University of South Carolina and his Masters from Auburn, where he also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant.

In a statement on the Fox Creek HS Facebook Page, Mr. Dobbs wrote: “I’m excited to be leading the Fox Creek bands and being reacquainted with some familiar faces. I taught most of our music students in middle school and am looking forward to helping the FC band be competitive statewide. We are going to make an excellent team!”
